We provide proactive IT services, not break/fix, so our techs are responsible for engineering system solutions to protect customers from downtime. Objective
Tech Guardian is seeking an Administrative Assistant with some Executive Assistant responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will support our internal departments of Sales, Service and Administration. Their time will be spent assisting each department with various tasks. They will also help to manage the President’s calendar and tasks. They’ll work in our office in Lake Elsinore. They may also work directly with clients that walk in or call over the phone. This position can advance to either a full-time Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager.
- Schedule/Reschedule Meetings
- Handles Administrative Needs of the President
- Receive Visitors
- Bookkeeping and basic accounting
- Billing
- Payroll
- Job Costing
- Answering Phone Calls (overflow as needed)
- Data Entry
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns
- Conduct Q/A Surveys
- Maintain Inventory Supplies/Counts
- Receive and Verify Product
- Support Events
- Take Minutes During Meetings
- Review and Correct Procedures
- Track Key Performance Indicators
- Identify Gaps in Efficiency
- Create and Organize Reports
- Run Errands
- Communication skills are the most important. You must be able to communicate and articulate effectively and professionally in person, in writing and over the phone
- Strong computer and office productivity knowledge
- Highly organized and able to balance competing priorities
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Be eager to learn, pick up new skills easily and can become proficient in a short time
- Resourceful and solution oriented – always find a way to make it work

- 4+ Years experience recommended (clerical, administrative or executive support)

- This a not a technical job, but you must have an understanding of computer technical terminology
- Work from our office in Lake Elsinore, we are an essential business
- $23.50 – $28.50/hour (based on experience)
- Competitive benefits package available after 90 days
- Typical shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F (flexible hours or an alternative schedule may be considered)
- Must be able to pass a drug test
